What is NOT included
Honest list. No surprises in month three.
- Google Ads spendYou pay Google directly. I optimize the landing pages. Budget is your call.
- Google Ads managementAdd-on at $500/month on top of the base plan if you want me running campaigns.
- Professional photographyAI imagery is good enough for launch. Hire a photographer if you want real photos and I swap them in at no charge.
- Domain registration$10 to $15 a year on GoDaddy or Namecheap. You own it.
- Google Places APILive review rendering is $0 to $17 a month depending on traffic. Optional.
- Call tracking (CallRail and similar)~$45/month. Optional but useful for measuring ad ROI.
- Email hostingGoogle Workspace is $7/month/inbox. Optional but recommended for a branded email.

No. The $2,500 covers the actual build cost. Without it, I'd need to charge $750 a month to break even, which costs you more over the 12-month term.
You keep the site. The monthly fee stops, and so do blog posts, review generation, and performance reviews. After 12 months, you can cancel any month and the same thing happens.
Yes. The code, content, images, and domain are yours. If you host somewhere else, I export the full codebase. It runs on any Next.js-compatible host.
Covered in the monthly. New service pages, pricing updates, new neighborhood pages, team photos, a new blog post on top of the four included. All of it.
Minor refreshes are covered in the monthly. A full redesign (different look and feel, re-architected) is a separate project with its own quote. Next.js sites age well, so I haven't had to do this yet.
No. I offer the free scoring tool. Use it to see exactly where your site stands today and where it would land after the build. No credit card, no signup.
Not on the setup. Sometimes I waive the first month's fee if you're decisive and sign in the same week. That saves you $500. Ask me on the call.
Yes. Pricing scales: +$1,000 setup and +$200/month per additional location. Third and fourth locations at the same rate.
