Why Phoenix families call us

Built for the Valley, not for a national franchise checklist.

Most national tow brokers route your call through three states before a truck rolls. We're a small Phoenix operator with our own yard, our own trucks, and our own people picking up the phone.

We answer in 30 seconds, not 30 minutes

No call center in another state. Our dispatcher picks up live, asks the right three questions, and rolls a truck while you're still talking.

Heat-built fleet

Our trucks are spec'd for Phoenix summers, heavy-duty cooling, replacement battery onboard, and synthetic tow chains rated for hot pavement. We don't break down on the way to your breakdown.

Bilingual dispatch and drivers

Phoenix is 42% Spanish-speaking and we run accordingly. Most of our drivers handle the call, the paperwork, and the customer service in either language.

11 years in the Valley

We've been running tows out of central Phoenix since 2015. We know which I-17 exits have safe shoulders, which Scottsdale lots ban tow trucks, and which Tempe streets get blocked on game day.

Coverage

Six neighborhoods. Six dedicated playbooks.

Each Valley suburb has its own breakdown patterns. We've built a separate page for each so you can see the streets, ETAs, and common scenarios for your area.

Reviews

What Phoenix drivers say after the truck pulls away.

A sample from our 1,247 Google reviews. Every one of them happened on a real Phoenix street.

Broke down in 110-degree heat near Scottsdale Road. They picked up on the second ring, told me to sit on the shaded side of my car, and the driver was there in 19 minutes with cold water. Charged exactly what they quoted on the call.

Marisol G.Scottsdale · Loop 101

Battery died in the ASU parking garage at midnight after a Sun Devils game. Driver got there in 14 minutes, jumped me, and waited until I was sure the alternator was actually charging before he left. That kind of follow-through is rare.

Devon R.Tempe · Apache Blvd

Mi camión se sobrecalentó saliendo de Mesa. Hablé con el despachador en español, y el conductor también hablaba español. Llegaron en 22 minutos y nos llevaron al taller sin problema. Recomendados.

Hilario M.Mesa · US-60 east

Flat tire on the 202 near Price Road around 6am during commute. Most tow companies don't dispatch until 7. These guys had a truck on me in 26 minutes and changed the spare on the shoulder so I could drive to work.

Kayla S.Chandler · Loop 202

Locked the keys in the rental at State Farm Stadium after a Cardinals game. I expected an hour wait. They got there in 22 minutes through the post-game traffic. Driver was respectful, fast, and didn't price-gouge the event.

Brent W.Glendale · Westgate

Got rear-ended on Central Ave near Roosevelt. They coordinated with my insurance, towed the car to my preferred body shop, and gave me a ride to my office two blocks away. Felt like the only adult in the situation that morning.

Quick answers

Common questions, Phoenix-specific answers.

The questions we get on most calls. If yours isn't here, the FAQ page has 18 more, or just call dispatch.

How fast can a truck get to me on the Loop 101?+
From our Camelback dispatch yard, we average 15-22 minutes to anywhere on Loop 101 between Scottsdale and Chandler, and 18-28 minutes to the Glendale stretch. Tell our dispatcher the nearest exit and shoulder side, that knocks 3-5 minutes off arrival because we route the truck to the correct side of the divider.
Do you tow during dust storms and monsoon flooding?+
Yes, but with extra care. During active haboobs we hold the truck until visibility recovers, usually 20 to 40 minutes, then dispatch with hazards running. For monsoon flooding we run winch-out service from the apron of any underpass that hasn't taken on more than 18 inches of water. If your vehicle has gone deeper, we coordinate with Phoenix PD before recovery.
My car overheated in the summer heat. What do I do until you arrive?+
Pull off the freeway at the next exit if you can. Turn the engine off. Do not open the radiator cap. Roll the windows down, sit in shade if any is available, and drink water. Call us with your exit number and the side of the freeway you stopped on. Average summer ETA is 12-25 minutes depending on which freeway you're on.
What's your service area in the Phoenix metro?+
We dispatch across Maricopa County: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, and Avondale. Long-haul tows to Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma, and across to California are quoted by the mile, call dispatch for a flat rate.
Do you speak Spanish?+
Sí. Our dispatchers and most of our drivers are bilingual. WhatsApp dispatch is available in either language, many customers prefer texting their location and a photo of the vehicle.
Are you licensed and insured for accident recovery?+
Yes. We carry full commercial liability and on-hook coverage, are AZ DOT registered (DOT 12345), and run drug-tested drivers. We're on the rotation list for several Phoenix-area body shops and insurance carriers.
