The first ten minutes after a Phoenix accident

If anyone is hurt, call 911. Otherwise, the priority order is move the vehicles out of the active lane if it's safe and they still drive, turn on hazards, exchange driver information and insurance carrier, and document the scene with photos before either vehicle is moved further. Phoenix PD response on a non- injury accident is typically 25 to 90 minutes depending on the time of day. You can use that time to call us.

The most important thing to know: under Arizona law, you have the right to choose your own tow company and your own body shop. The officer on scene may dispatch a rotation tow if your vehicle is blocking traffic or you haven't called your own. Once a rotation tow is on the way, transferring out of their yard costs you an extra fee. The cleanest path is to call us as soon as the scene is safe.

The I-10 / I-17 stack: Phoenix's highest-density accident zone

The interchange where I-10, I-17, and the SR-202L all converge through downtown Phoenix is one of the busiest urban interchanges in the country. The lane geometry, the merge points, and the heavy volume of out-of-state drivers (especially during snowbird season from November through March) produce a steady flow of fender-benders and more serious collisions every day.

If you're uninsured or your policy doesn't cover towing, we accept card, cash, and most app-based payment. We quote the flat rate before the truck rolls so there are no surprises at the body shop.

Coordinating with body shops and dealers

Most accident tows go straight to a body shop. We have working relationships with the major Valley chains (Caliber Collision, Service King, Gerber Collision) and most of the established independents. If you have a preferred shop, tell us on the call. If you don't, we'll suggest one based on your vehicle make, your insurance carrier's preferred network, and the nearest available bay.

For luxury and dealer-only repairs (most modern German cars, Tesla, certain Lexus and Acura models), we tow direct to the dealer service drive. We've done the route from the I-10 stack to Audi North Scottsdale, BMW North Scottsdale, Mercedes-Benz of Chandler, and Tesla Service Mesa hundreds of times. Dealer-direct tows preserve warranty coverage and avoid the body-shop sublet fee some manufacturers charge if work is done outside the dealer.

Heavy-duty accident recovery

For Class 8 truck recoveries, rollovers, and complex multi-vehicle scenes, we coordinate with our heavy-duty partner that runs Class 7 and Class 8 wreckers. We can stage on-scene immediately to clear passenger vehicles while the heavy gear is on the way. For freight loss, we coordinate with shippers and consignees directly.
