How the partner program works
We've built our partner program around the three customers who depend on tow service to run their own business: body shops, fleet operators, and dealerships. The retail customer model, pay-on-delivery flat rates, doesn't work for these accounts because the volume is too high, the invoicing cycle is too short, and the documentation requirements are too specific.
Partner accounts get four things that retail customers don't: a dedicated dispatcher contact who knows your business and your priorities, net-30 invoicing instead of pay-on-delivery, partner pricing that reflects the monthly volume, and a login portal where your fleet manager or service writer can track every dispatch we've done for the account.
How to set up an account
Email partners@valleytowco.example with your business name, address, approximate monthly tow volume, and the type of account (body shop, fleet, dealership). We'll respond inside one business day with a partner agreement and onboarding call.
Most accounts go live within three business days of the call. We do not run credit checks for partner accounts under twenty tows per month, net-30 invoicing is just standard. For higher-volume accounts we ask for references and a brief credit application.
What we expect from partners
Partner accounts work because both sides operate predictably. We expect partners to pay invoices on net-30 terms, to provide consistent contact info for after-hours dispatches, and to flag changes in monthly volume so we can adjust staffing. In return, we provide consistent ETAs, consistent pricing, and consistent documentation. Most of our partner accounts have been with us more than three years.
